In conjunction with SmartMove® NAPUS FCU offers a program providing high quality, professional real estate assistance anywhere in the United States. SmartMove® allows participating members to get cash rebates on real estate transactions.

The SmartMove® Program is national in scope and places buyers and sellers belonging to participating credit unions (including NAPUS FCU) with real estate professionals nationwide. Not only do buyers and sellers receive location specialized real estate services, but they also receive a cash rebate. Developed specifically for credit unions looking for a partner to enhance their mortgage lending services, SmartMove® works to fulfill our members’ needs.

SmartMove® will provide you with a professional coordinator who will be your central point of contact. The coordinator selects an experienced real estate professional from a group of program endorsed agents in the specific area in which the member desires to buy or sell. In addition, the coordinator will monitor and review the progress throughout the transaction including closing and disbursement, and assist you with needs related to relocation.
