Convention
Each year, NAPUS FCU is invited to attend the NAPUS National Convention as one of the NAPUS service providers. This is a great opportunity for us to deal with you face to face. We set up a branch at the convention site, provide cash services, process loans and assist our members with any services that we would normally handle at our office in Alexandria, Virginia.
During that week, we meet with the NAPUS State Service Representatives and update them on our newest products and services, as well as answer questions they may have about the Credit Union and its operation. The State Service Representatives are our voice in the field, so we make every effort to keep them updated on changes we make and new products that are available to you.
This is also our opportunity to hold our annual membership meeting. You can meet your Credit Union officials, hear about the progress of the Credit Union and its plans for the year ahead. The results of our annual election of officials are announced and you are given the forum to ask questions and voice concerns to the officials and staff on hand.
